Shipping guidelines

Orders placed before 12 noon are generally dispatched on the next working day. In exceptional cases, dispatch may be delayed, e.g. if one or more products in the order are customized. The products are manufactured after the order is placed. If there is a shortage of materials, dispatch may also be delayed by a few days. We deliver the gift boxes approximately 2 weeks before the respective celebration.

For orders via bank transfer, we will ship the goods after receipt of payment in our account.

We ship orders with Deutsche Post , DHL , DPD & UPS .

Any additional costs incurred by the logistics service provider for delivery to the islands as well as customs duties are to be borne by the buyer.
