Shipping Policy

For orders over 95€, shipping is free within Germany. Orders placed before 12pm are generally shipped the next working day. In exceptional cases, shipping may be delayed, e.g. if one or more products in the order are customized. The products are manufactured after the order is placed. If there is a shortage of materials, shipping may also be delayed by a few days. We deliver the gift boxes around 2 weeks before the respective celebration.

For orders via bank transfer, we will ship the goods after receipt of payment in our account.

We ship the orders with Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD & UPS. The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the products in the shopping cart. The shipping method can be selected in the shopping cart or at checkout.

Any additional costs incurred by the logistics service provider for delivery to the islands as well as customs duties are to be borne by the buyer.
